"Fellow Reader" title will be given to the users who have posted for 10 times. Once the title is achieved, users with "Fellow Reader" title will be able to access a thread wherein the passwords for each releases/projects lay on.
A user with "Fellow Reader" title who no longer posts within 1 - 2 months will be considered as an Inactive User, and will be deleted as soon as possible.
